Student Portfolios (ICT)

The Portfolio Process

  • A customized Google Sites template will be created for each middle school student.

  • Using Google Sheets, a class roster will be entered and an add-on called SiteMaestro will be used to push out the portfolio template to all students in that school.  

  • Teachers can submit an acceptable assignment form for students to view.

  • Student can review the teacher acceptable assignment form results and complete their work.

  • Students will go to the grade level page, fill out the embedded form (this will alert teachers) and then add their file from Google Drive and move it to the applicable subject folder.
