Technology Vision

The Fall Mountain Regional School District believes that providing technological tools and training to students and staff members enhances learning and increases productivity.

  • Students are expected to attain technological grade-level exit skills through inquiry-based and hands-on learning activities. Students will take responsibility for their own educational success including their ICT/ Digital/ Electronic portfolios.

  • Teachers are expected to be proficient in using technology to ensure that students attain technology grade-level exit skills. Teachers will continue to adapt and grow their personal technology skill sets as described throughout this technology plan.

  • Administrative staff are expected to be proficient in using technology as relevant to their role. Their efforts should ensure that technology is effectively used to improve assessment, teaching, learning, and communication within the school district and community. Administrators will continue to adapt and grow their personal technology skill sets as described throughout this technology plan.
